Ian Garry has officially pulled out of the main event of UFC 296 in Las Vegas this weekend. According to reports, the Portmarnock-born striker was suffering from flu and pneumonia symptoms.

Skirting media day obligations last night at the UFC Apex facility, Garry was expected to attend tonight’s press conference ahead of the slated UFC 296 card on Saturday.
