Conor McGregor trying to wait for "easier" Nate Diaz fight, claims Michael Chandler


Conor McGregor is rumored to be making a comeback and Michael Chandler is rumored to be his opponent. However, the former Bellator fighter is not convinced that the Irishman is interested in the fight.

The Ultimate Fighter 2023 will feature two mixed martial art legends as coaches in the second half of 2023. Dana White had announced that the two would face off after the conclusion of TUF 31, but as time passes, it seems less likely.

Michael Chandler recently spoke about his thoughts on his possible opponent Conor McGregor. Iron spoke about the rumor that any potential clash between the two fighters would take place at 185 pounds.

It worked out well after Tony Ferguson’s head kick and the post with the crazy picture that everyone loved. I think it’s the real reason Conor was so popular. Steve-O conducted an interview with Chandler. “I told Steve-O that I was willing to fight him as a 170 pounder because he’s so big.”

He was doing the Road House film which will finally be released here in the near future and he was large. He was acting big and beefy. So I said, “Okay. There’s no way he would fight 155.” I don’t even want to fight at 155. I weigh about 190. I would fight 170 ….
