Dana White DESTROYS reporter: 'No leashes… Free speech'

Dana White does not hold his tongue when he is confronted with something that he is unhappy about. This is exactly what happened in the UFC’s 297 post-fight media conference.

UFC 297 concluded with Sean Strickland’s title being stripped in a brutal five-round fight against Dricus Plessis. The fight lasted the full 25 minutes, and the judges gave the South African victory.

Dana White took part in a press conference after the event to answer questions. Dana White did not like every question and responded to one reporter.

Dana White answered a reporter who asked a question from the left field. “I don’t give anyone a leash.” “A leash? “Freedom of speech.”

Will you control what people say?” Will you tell people what they should believe? Gonna tell people, I don’t f***ing tell any other human being what to say, what to think, and there’s leashes on any of them.”

“That is ridiculous to say you give someone a lead. You have the right to free speech, my brother. “People are free to believe or say whatever they wish.”

Dana White recalled the UFC 297 press conference where she claimed that two gay women co-headlining the event couldn’t have cared less about Sean Strickland.
