Many expected ‘The last Stylebender’ to appear at UFC 300, but he had already confirmed that he would take a break. Adesanya was expected to fight Dricus du Plessis in a title grudge match or Alex Pereira in a trilogy of 205 lbs gold. However, reports claim he has now lined up a new opponent.
Kingdom Arena leaked a picture of what was believed by many to be an epic middleweight fight between Israel Adesanya, and Khamzat Chmaev on February 20. The company provided a link to purchase tickets for the event, which was the UFC’s first appearance in Saudi Arabia.
